Sessions are usually 1-hour in length, once per week, at a time that is mutually convenient. In order to maximize the benefits of coaching, I recommend clients begin with a 6-week commitment. If necessary, we can adjust the number of sessions after we begin.

Terms & Conditions

  • All communications (discussions, consultations, paperwork, etc.) are kept in strict confidence. Please be assured that any personal information provided to me will not be disclosed to any third party for any reason unless discussed and approved by you, the client.
  • Payment is due before or at each session.
  • Clients are welcome to contact me in between sessions if you want to discuss something for a brief period of time, or in the case of an emergency, at no charge.
  • I accept check or cash.
  • Payments by check should be made payable to “Susan Harf”.


  • Per hour is $150 per hour
  • Payment for 4 hours in advance is $500 total ($125 per hour)
